Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please allow extra time during peak periods, collection launches, or promotional events. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey. If you haven't received this within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available. Estimated delivery timelines will be listed on the product page.
Shipping Issues

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Orders sent to incorrect addresses that are returned to us will incur a re-shipping fee.
