Orders
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we move fast. If you need to make a change, email customersupport@theentitled.com.au within 1 hour and we’ll do our best to help.
How do I check my order status?
You’ll receive an order confirmation and a tracking link when your item ships. Still unsure? Reach out and we’ll check for you.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes. Select pieces may be available to pre-order. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page and in your confirmation email.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Australia and to select international countries. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, we’re not there yet.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 2 to 6 business days. Express is faster. If you’ve pre-ordered, your item will ship as soon as it's ready. We’ll keep you updated.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free within Australia on orders over $150 AUD. For orders under $150, a flat rate of $10 applies. Express shipping is available for $15. Shipping to New Zealand is a flat $14 NZD.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in original packaging.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. Just email customersupport@theentitled.com.au with your order number and the size you need.
Are returns free?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless your item is faulty.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email customersupport@theentitled.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.

How do I know my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. If you're unsure, email us. We’ll help you choose the right fit.
Where are your pieces made?
Our pieces are produced in small, considered runs through ethically audited facilities. It's quality over quantity, always.
Are your products unisex?
Some pieces are designed to suit everyone. We’ll always let you know in the product description if a piece is unisex.
Other
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes, but not always. We create limited runs. If you see something you love, don’t wait. Sign up for restock alerts on the product page.
Can I collaborate with The Entitled?
