Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept returns for exchange, or store credit on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery (excluding shipping & processing fees).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

With all original tags and packaging intact

Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: Socks, intimates, gift cards, promotional offers, and sale styles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Start a Return
We offer a self-serve returns portal for a seamless experience.

Click the profile icon in the store's menu or head to the returns page.

Log in to your account:

Enter your email address and click "Continue".

Check your email for the 6-digit verification code.

Enter the code on the website to log in.

Find the order that includes the item you want to return.

Click "Request return" next to the relevant order.
-
Select the item(s) you're returning, choose a return reason, and leave any notes.

Click "Request return" to submit your request.
If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request through the portal will not be accepted.
Once you are emailed your return label and instructions, you have 14 days to send your items back. Returns sent outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns.

If the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Outbound shipping for exchanges: For size exchanges, customers cover the return postage; we’ll cover the outbound shipping for your first exchange on each order within Australia.

Customers will recieve store credit (excluding postage charges).
We recommend using a tracked service. The Entitled is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email customersupport@theentitled.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos if applicable. We’ll evaluate the issue and prioritise a resolution under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges via the returns portal.
If you need a different size, please email customersupport@theentitled.com.au to start an exchange. Once approved, we’ll help secure your preferred size if available.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Socks Swimwear, or intimate apparel

Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods

Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
For approved faulty or incorrect item returns, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at customersupport@theentitled.com.au.
